STABILIZATION AGREEMENT

(CTSA)

 

NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS

 

Major Trans-Pacific shipping lines of the Canada Transpacific Stabilization Agreement (CTSA), wish to advise their customers that the Fuel Recovery Charge will be increased to the following levels, effective as of October 1st 2008 :

 

US$  1084 per 20ft container

US$ 1355 per 40ft container

US$ 1524 per 40ft high cube container

US$ 1715 per 45ft container

US$    30 W/M

 

Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF) will be 5%

 

The members will continue to monitor fuel prices and will notify their customers of any further adjustments.

 

CTSA is a group of 11 ocean and intermodal transportation companies serving the trade from Asia to Canada.
