NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS

Please be advised that the December 2008 Bunker Charge will be as per following level.  It will be effective December 01, 2008. 

Rule 10-41 Bunker Charge:

US$616/ 20ft container

US$770/ 40ft container

US$866/ 40ft high cube container

US$975/ 45ft container

The December 2008 Inland Fuel Surcharge will be as per following level.  It will be effective December 01, 2008:-

Rule 10-42 Inland Fuel Surcharge:

US$92 per container for WC Local SDD, Group 4 and East Coast Local SDD cargo (including NY/NJ Commercial Zone Points)

US$317 per container for MLB, IPI and RIPI cargo.
