NOTICE OF OFFICE REMOVAL

Dear Valued Customers

Please be informed that our office will be operating from 9.00am to 2.30pm on Thursday, 09^th April 09, to facilitate office removal on that day.

All telecommunication and computer network will be completely shutdown by 3pm on Thursday, 09^th April 2009.

Normal operations will resume on Monday, 13^th April 2009.

Kindly finalize ALL your booking requests / amendments / cancellations / inbound portnet release / BL draft, for vessels ETA SIN 10^th – 14^th April 2009, latest by 2.30pm on Thursday, 09^th April 2009.

Should you have any DG bookings with us on that weekend, please arrange to submit the container numbers latest by 12pm on Thursday, 09^th April 2009, for timely declaration at our end.
