ANNOUNCEMENT
OOCL would like to advise our valued customers that we are introducing a Reefer Fuel Consumption Surcharge for refrigerated (reefer) containers.
Reefer containers require more fuel than regular (dry) containers, therefore such a surcharge is necessary for OOCL to be able to continue providing high quality services with minimal cargo disruption.
The surcharges will take effect on the following services:
- South/Central/North China (except Xiamen/Fuzhou/Fuqing) to
S.E. Asia/Korea/Taiwan/Philippines at RMB600/1200 per R20/40, effective
December 15, 2009
- Hong Kong/Taiwan to S.E. Asia/Philippines at USD145/180 per R20/40 effective December 15. 2009
- S.E. Asia to PRC/Hong Kong/Taiwan at USD145/180 per R20/40 effective December 15, 2009
- Within S.E. Asia regions - i.e. Philippines/Vietnam/Thailand/Singapore/Malaysia/Indonesia at USD50/60 per R20/40 effective December 15, 2009
- Xiamen to Indonesia/
Hong Kong/Thailand/Korea/Singapore/Philippines/Malaysia/Vietnam at RMB600/1200 per 20RF/40RQ effective November 15, 2009
- Fuzhou/Fuqing to Indonesia/
Hong Kong/Thailand/Korea/Singapore/Philippines/Malaysia/
Vietnam at RMB600/1200 per 20RF/40RQ effective December 15, 2009
