FACILITATION AGREEMENT

NOTICE TO TRADE

     PEAK SEASON SURCHARGE 

In order to maintain the level of service demanded during the peak season, the following lines wish to inform the Trade that a Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) of USD 250.00 per 20' and USD 500.00 per 40' will be postponed to effective 15 September 2011 for all shipments from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and South Asia to New Zealand.

Lines will be monitoring the situation and appropriate revisions will be made as and when necessary.

Member Lines of this Agreement have adopted voluntary policy guidelines and have reached a non-binding consensus in applying the above Peak Season (PSS).
