EMERGENCY RISK SURCHARGE (ERS)

Due to the increase of insurance cost on the War Risk Premium with the extension the scope of Pirate risk from the Gulf of Aden all the way to the West of Sri Lanka, we will be implementing a new Surcharge, ERS, to cover our cost.

Emergency Risk Surcharge (ERS) at the quantum of US$21/Teu will be with effect from 1 March 2011. This surcharge will be on a pre-paid basis.

This will apply on top of existing ongoing rate quotations and will continue to be subject to all ancillary charges applicable at time of shipment.
