Payment Options for Customers

Dear Customer,

To allow you to enjoy greater payment convenience, we now have bank accounts with TWO banks – UOB and HSBC - for you to make payments to OOCL!!! Without having to come to our counter, you can also save on courier costs!

1. Cash Payment

When making cash payment at UOB or HSBC bank into OOCL account, just scan a copy of the receipt to OOCL as proof of payment.

2. Quick Cheque Deposit at Banks

Cheque can be deposited directly at any UOB or HSBC Branch Quick Deposit Box. Confirmation of cheque payment is within same day if deposited before the daily cut-off time. Otherwise, confirmation is on next working day if deposited after the cut-off time.

Daily cut-off time:    UOB     :  SGD before 3.30pm and for USD before 1pm

                             HSBC    :  SGD before 3.00pm and for USD before 1pm

3.  Fund Transfer

     Online intra-bank transfer - same day acknowledgement if before cut off time

     Interbank transfer – (via GIRO)      - acknowledgement after 2-3 days processing by bank

     Interbank transfer – (via MEPS)     - same day acknowledgement if before cut off time

With the below document(s), just email us the cheque no., amount, invoice or BL no(s). to the below address:

For OutBound – with Permit, email to [email protected]

For InBound – with both Permit and Authorization Letter, email to [email protected]

We will proceed to upload the BL and DO respectively when the payment is confirmed received.
