Please be advised of the implementation of Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) to USA at the following quantum :-
US$480.00 per 20ft container
US$600.00 per 40ft container
US$675.00 per 40ft high-cube container
US$760.00 per 45ft container
The PSS will be applicable from all origins to USA destinations effective 10 June 2012
