                                            RATE RESTORATION TO INDIA,  PAKISTAN AND

Please note that it is our corporate intention to increase ocean freight rates for cargo from Singapore to

India, Pakistan and Bangladesh at a quantum of USD400/TEU with effect from 15 April 2012.

Please be guided accordingly.
