                                                     EQUIPMENT IMBALANCE SURCHARGE

Dear Valuable Customers,


In view of the current equipment imbalance situation at Nhava Sheva , we wish to advise that

we would increase the Equipment Imbalance Surcharge (EIS) for all inbound shipments to

Nhava Sheva to USD125/Teu with effect from 15 July 2012 on collect basis.
