which will be applicable from all CTSA origins to all destinations in Canada.
For cargo destined to British Columbia province only
USD400 per 20ft container
USD500 per 40ft container
USD565 per 40ft HC container
USD635 per 45ft container
For cargo destined to all other locations outside of British Columbia
USD560 per 20ft container
USD700 per 40ft container
USD790 per 40ft HC container
USD885 per 45ft container
