Increase (GRI) which will be applicable from all CTSA origins to all destinations in Canada.

For cargo destined to Vancouver, British Columbia
USD 320 per 20ft container
USD 400 per 40ft container
USD 450 per 40ft HC container
USD 505 per 45ft container

For cargo destined to all other locations excluding Vancouver, British Columbia
USD 480 per 20ft container
USD 600 per 40ft container
USD 675 per 40ft HC container
USD 760 per 45ft container
