Administration fee for Change of destination  Charge assessed for changing destination of the cargo after loaded on board the feeder vessel or trunk vessel on top of additional operation handling cost

Advance Manifest Security Charge Charge for advance cargo declaration to US Customs/ Canada Customs for cargo to be loaded on a vessel at a non-US port

Amendment for Advance Manifest Security Charge for correcting cargo declaration after submission cut-off as published due to error or omission by Shipper or their agent.

B/L or Release Order Re-issuance Fee Charge assessed when shipper, consignee or their agents request to re-issue the Bill of Lading or Release order due to whatever reason

B/L surrender (Telex Release) Fee Charge assessed when shipper request for cargo release instructions for a given shipment upon the surrender of related Original Bill of lading

BL amendment fee   Fee charged whenever there is an amendment to BL after Inbound handling at Destination region starts.

Bounced Check Administration fee Charge assessed on if the cheque presented by a Customer in payment to OOCL is bounced by the bank

Container Cleaning  Charge assessed when the container is required to clean after empty return

Container Seal Fee Charge for issuance of seal for each container

Customs Inspection & Quarantine Administration Fee  Administration Charge assesed on the application of "Certificate of Non-Manipulation for Frozen meat/poultry/fruit import to China" at Hong Kong on top of the actual handling charges

Late pick up of Original B/L or late Payment fee Charge assessed on Late Pick Up of Original Bill of Lading or Late Payment of Freight if the Original Bill of Lading is not picked by the Shipper and/or the Prepaid Freight and Charges for Original Bill of Lading/Seaway Bill of Lading are not paid within 7 days after vessel departure

Old document search fee

Charge assessed if shipper or their agent requests a copy of Bill of Lading with the vessel on-board date more than 6 months prior to the request date

Outport BL issuance Fee Charge for issuance of OBL to be release at Singapore.

Switch B/L Fee
Charge assessed for switch B/L arrangement to recover the coordination and administrative work involved. It is charged per B/L.

Admin Fee for USD Dollar cheque Cost recovery for bank charge on process of USD Cheque.

​Payable Elsewhere Service Fee
​Unless otherwise stated in a specific rule and/or rate filing, carrier may allow payment of freight and/or charges to be paid at the following payment locations (inclusive of prepaid at destination) instead of the shipment origin and destination countries shown on Bills of Lading. Should the payment party request for this payment option, the following Payment Elsewhere Fee shall apply based on payment location in addition to the Bill of Lading freight and charges. ​

​Withdrawal of Export Shipment / Container
​In the event that shipper delivers an empty or a loaded container to the carrier, but subsequently  return the empty container un-used or withdraw the loaded container then return the empty prior to vessel's departure, shipper shall be subject to the origin detention charge starting from the first day the empty container is gated out from Carrier's facility until the empty container is returned to Carrier's facility and demurrage or storage charges from the first day the loaded containers is gated in Carrier's facility until gated out for unload.  No free time will be granted for above cases and shipper are subject to all applicable charges as specified in this tariff and all associated out of pocket cost incurred by the Carrier, including but not limited to any applicable drayage if Carrier haulage is provided.​
