ARRIVAL NOTICE

Our auto generated arrival notices can be made available to you if you register at MY OOCL CENTRE using the below link.

If your supplier has provided all your details correctly to our load port office such as a valid email, you should receive our arrival notices without a problem auto sent by the system.

Arrival notices are sent as a matter of courtesy and you are kindly requested to track your cargo using our web site in addition to inquiring details from your supplier.

CARGO TRACKING

Cargo tracking can be done by you at our web site http://www.oocl.com preferably using your BL number (without the prefix OOLU) using the cage provided to insert the BL number and clicking the GO button.

Registered users at My OOCL CENTRE (MOC) can view and print invoices as well using our web site.

DELIVERY ORDER

Delivery order can be obtained usually on the day of arrival of vessel during office hours from 0830 to 1700 hours (except for lunch time 1200 to 1300 hrs) from Monday to Friday excluding mercantile holidays. Please refer to below link for EDO procedure.

​If your shipper allows us to release cargo on a bank guarantee, we can do so and you can use the above link to download our bank guarantee form.

Bank guarantees should be duly signed by a valid bank with all the required information duly filled.

You are kindly required to get your bank guarantee cancelled immediately after receipt of your original BL from your supplier and within a maximum period of three months after collection of delivery order from us.

All BL amendments before or after submission of cargo manifests to Sri Lanka Customs is required to be approved by your supplier.  Thereafter, manifest amendment letter will be issued by us which needs to be processed by you at Sri Lanka Customs after payment of penalty charges if any.  Thereafter, the letter with custom approval should be brought back to our office in order to issue the updated delivery order.

If any amendment can be done to the manifest before reporting cargo manifest at Sri Lanka Customs, manifest amendment process at Sri Lanka Customs may not be required.
