Dear customer,

This is to inform that as per attached notice, Sri Lanka Customs is going to implement the new manifest system of ASYHUB effective from 1^st May 2024. With the new system, all BLs must be ready for import manifest submission 24 hours prior to vessel departure from last foreign port. For example, if a vessel arrives Colombo on 10^th May 2024 and last foreign port is Singapore which departure time is 10:00 6^th May 2024, we have to submit import manifest before 10:00 5^th May.

Please kindly remind your shipper to provide SI to POL and ready the BL timely in order to meet such requirement. Should you require any assistance, please feel free to contact OOCL local office, thanks.
