Free time shall start at time of container discharge from vessel and shall expire on container empty return day. Port storage charges
are excluded.
Dry cargo: Pls note for free-time agreements with validity longer than 12 days Tier 2 will be applied from first billable day.
Reefer cargo: Pls note for free-time agreements with validty longer than 7 days Tier 2 will be applied from first billable day.

Export:​
Free time shall commence on the first calendar day when container pick up from carrier's facility and shall expire on CY cutoff day.
Port storage charges are excluded.
Dry cargo: Pls note for free-time agreements with validity longer than 12 days Tier 2 will be applied from first billable day.
Reefer cargo: Pls note for free-time agreements with validity longer than 8 days Tier 2 will be applied from first billable day.

**Reefer Monitoring Charge as per below chart​
​
Customer is responsible for port storage (field rent) directly to terminal operator or via OOCL where terminal are not able to invoice
​customer directly. 
An admin fee of USD 50 / BL will be added for those invoices of port storage that are being handled by OOCL. 
​
OB Port storage:​
Outbound: storage starts at 00:00am on the same day as full gate in and end at 23:59pm on the same day of cargo cut off.
