Asia Westbound - Rate Restauration/Peak Season/20ft Surcharge NPRC April 1st, 2007

Dear customer,

member lines of the FEFC would like to inform their customers about following increases for westbound shipments effective April 1st, 2007:

Business Plan increase         USD 200/400 per 20/40ft container 
                                          until 30.06.07

Peak Season Surcharge       USD 135/270 per 20/40ft container 
                                         to North Continent/ Baltic /
                                         Scandinavia 01.08.07-15.11.07
                                         to Mediterranean 01.06.07-15.10.07

20ft Surcharge NPRC           USD 150 per container ex Yantai, Lianyugang, Dalian,Qingdao and  
                                         Tianjin/Xingang
