Restrictions to navigation:

The tow boat barges structure, vessels with ice class 1 and less, vessels with engine less than 3500 hp are not assisted to the ports Saint Petersburg, Vyborg, Vysotsk and Ust Luga. The vessels with ice class 1 and less, vessels with engine less than 3500 hp are not assisted to the port Primorsk.

Of course this have effect on the calls in Gaevle and Gothenburg as vessels are getting delayed in Sankt Peterburg. On top of that there are problems with heavy ice building up on the containers and ships at sea. We regret the situation but unfortunatly this is out of our control.
