In light of the improvement in water levels in the St Lawrence river, the Montreal Low Water Surcharge (LWR) will be revised to the following levels with effect from February 1^st 2013:  

                US$ 50 per 20’ container

                US$ 100 per 40’ and 45’ container

For the avoidance of doubt, Shipment Date on this trade is defined as the Cargo Received Date.
