Inland Fuel Charge for North America Eastbound Service
This is to advise that with effect from January 1, 2007 Inland Fuel Charge will be applied as follow:
| USD 52 per container | for USWC local & SDD Group 4 & USEC local SDD cargoes (Including NY/NJ Commercial Points) |
| USD 179 per container | for MLB, IPI & RIPI cargoes |
