Inland Fuel Charge for North America Eastbound Service
This is to advise that with effect from October 1, 2006 Inland Fuel Charge will be applied as follow:
| USD | 70 per container | for USWC local & SDD Group 4 & USEC local SDD cargoes (Including NY/NJ Commercial Points) |
| USD | 243 per container | for MLB, IPI & RIPI cargoes |
