Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) for North America Eastbound Service This is to advise that with effect from December 1, 2006 to Feburary 28, 2007 Peak Season Surcharge will be applied as follow:

| USD 300 | per 20' |
| USD 400 | per 40' |
| USD 450 | per 40' HQ |
| USD 510 | per 45' |
| 30% on the base freight rate is to be assessed for cargo rated on unit basis |
