*Postponed by Regulation Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia No. 52/2008 dated December 12, 2008 with new effective date on January 1, 2009 for Garment and February 1, 2009 for electronics, toys, footwear and food and drink products.

印尼貿易新規定: 自2009年一月起成衣,二月起電子. 玩具. 鞋類. 食品. 飲料產品.輸往印尼需在裝貨港完成檢驗.

In this Ministerial Regulation, the following shall apply:  

1.  Import shall be activities of bringing in goods from outside into customs area.
2.  Certain Products are products subject to import regulations under this Ministerial Regulation    covering electronic goods, ready-made clothing, children toys, footwear as well as foods and beverages.
3.   Registered Importer of Certain Products, hereinafter referred to as RI-Certain Products, shall be companies that import certain products.
4.   Verification or Import Technical Investigation shall be the activities of technical inspection on Certain Products conducted by Surveyor at goods loading port.
5.   Surveyor shall be Survey Company which is authorized to conduct verification of imported goods technical investigation.

 Import of Certain Products by RI-Certain Products may only be conducted through: 

a.    sea port: Belawan in Medan, Tanjung Priok in Jakarta, Tanjung Emas in Semarang, Tanjung Perak in Surabaya, and Soekarno Hatta in Makassar; and/or
b.   all international airports.
