Typhoon Morakot

Please be advised that all of Taiwan region offices including OTWL and OLTWL offices in Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung are closed on Friday, Aug 7 per local city governments announcement that all offices and schools would be closed due to typhoon Morakot is expected to hit Taiwan on Friday.
