香港海關對使用電子商務提交貨物艙單規定

親愛的客戶

自2006年7月16日起,凡在香港進出口及轉口之貨物,承運商提交之貨物艙單須提供詳細的貨品說明, 以便政府部門可輕易識別須領取進出口證/ 通知書/ 相關文件的禁運物品,並從其他沒有相關規定的貨品中區分出來. 就此 ,承運商應提供有關貨品的具體 描述, 並盡量避免使用籠統字眼, 沒有說明有關貨物的字眼, 例如"合併貨物"(又稱為"混裝貨物"或"集裝貨物")"一般貨物" "合併" "物品" "樣本" "聲稱包含" "各類貨物" 等 一概不予接受, 詳情請參閱以下連結網頁.

Dear customer,

We would like to draw your attention that the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region only accept electronic manifests from ocean and river carriers from 16th June 2006.  Trade and Industry Department has released the guideline for electronic manifests which define clearly about the cargo description at cargo manifests.  We would like to seek for your cooperation to provide us with a clear & precise cargo description, for all shipments to/from Hong Kong or transship via Hong Kong, which is one of the essences for cargo’ smooth delivery.

Attached are some of the examples quoted from the guideline showing the ACCEPTABLE and NOT ACCEPTABLE cargo descriptions for your easy reference.
