1.1 Definition of Key Terms
| Export Demurrage |
Outbound Demurrage starts at same day of full gate-in and ends at same day of cargo cutoff. Unless otherwise specified, outbound Storage at Bangkok and Laem Chabang will be assessed per local terminal tariff. |
| Import Demurrage |
Inbound Demurrage shall commence at 00:00am on the same day as last container discharge and end on the same day as container full gate out. When discharged cargo is taken by Carrier to ICD or discharged at a Thailand port other than the Bill of Lading destination port, Inbound Demurrage starts at 1 calendar day after last full gate-in. |

- Following the expiration of container free time, the carrier, at its discretion may remove the cargo from the container to the port transit sheds in which event the risk and expenses incidental to the removal of such cargo from the container shall be for the account to the cargo owner; the following charge shall apply: Stripping Charge: U.S. $2.50 (BAHT 50) per revenue ton
- Free Time at CFS :Dry Cargo Per Local Terminal Tariff Refrigerated, Carrier Owned or Controlled Tank, Open Top or Flatrack/Platform Container Cargo -96 hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays
- Demurrage at CFS: Container Demurrage - as follows:
- Dry Cargo: Per Local Terminal Tariff.
- Refrigerated, Carrier Owned or Controlled Tank, Open Top or Flatrack/Platform Containers - 54 Baht per RT as freighted, per day (24 hour period or fraction thereof) including Saturday, Sunday and holidays, after the expiration of the equipment free time subject to a maximum 810 Baht per RT.
