Document Regulations

Dear Value Customers, 

This is to advise that with effect from 1st June 2008

1. Customers must ensure correct and effective Freight/Surcharge to be settled before coming up for picking up BL or DO. Any discrepancies must be reconciled with CSU/DOC. We hold the right and not release document if fault or error was not caused by us. (see attached announcement)

 2. Compulsory, effective CSO # or SC # must be indicated onto SI. That's really help us to check rate discrepancies before BL release as well as save time for their massagers.

 3. The AMF (Amendment Fee - THB 500) will be charged after BL is confirmed and amendment  request thereafter.

 4. SI cutoff time (1 day before ETD) except shipment to HCM and SIN , need 2 days before ETD. Otherwise, Late SI submission fee (USD 40) will be charged (in accordance with the Global CSU Process)
