Subject Import Manifest

Regarding to E-Paperless, of Thai Customs OOCL pleased to inform that as from July 1, 2008 inbound manifest to Thai Customs would declare as per content on Bill of Lading.

To your the highest interest and the most convenience, we would like recommend that shipping marks, weight, measurement are compulsory items of custom paperless (ebXML). Therefore, please ensure that your counterparts would aware of Thai Custom’s regulation and clearly state those items upon ship from origin.

In case above mentioned detail(s) is not suit to either your desire or import documentation, please communicate with your shipper / booking party for any amendment at OOCL loading agent before our Local manifest submission (24 hrs before vessel’s arrival).
