Dear Valued Customers,  

OOCL would like to inform all customers that we will implement the new rates for Bill of lading Fee which shall be applied to all export shipments from Thailand to United State, Canada, Europe Trade, Mediteradian Trade, Australia, New Zealand, Intra-Asia Trade, Middle East Trade, India and Sub-Continental Trade with details as following:  

The NEW Bill of Lading Fee will be implemented in two tiers under below condition. 

If customer apply the eServices [eBooking and/or eSI*] from OOCL website* or Cargosmart* ,
The BL rate shall be applied at 800THB/Set 

If customer apply the Booking and/or SI by another channels ,
The BL rate shall be applied at 1,000THB/Set 

The above new rates of Bill of Lading Fee will effective on 1 September 2011. 

the new rates for Bill of Lading Fee shall be applied to Shipper or Consignee for the export shipment from Thailand with regardless if the trade term of the shipment is Prepaid or Collect.
