Suspension in Accepting Dangerous Cargo Bound To/From Thailand  

In reference to announcement of the Marine Department No. 273/2553 on the new Import/Export DG cargo regulation and extend to another 60 days as per announcement No. 335/2553, please note on below immediate implementation:

1. OOCL will suspend ALL types of DG cargo loading/discharging at any Thailand ports - on/after February 10, 2011 will NOT be accepted

2. OOCL shall reserve all the rights to take any recovery/remedy actions regarding any incidents and/or noncompliance where any incurred costs/ expenses will be on account of cargo bound in Thailand

3. The implementation will be put into effective until further notice issued by Thailand Marine Department
