Arrangement on CASH Payment

Dear Customers,

At OOCL, we always strive for efficiency.  We will adopt the following CASH payment policy at our counters. We will not accept cash payment more than THB 1,000 per transaction. You can deposit the cash directly to either one of our designated banks. Their high coverage throughout Bangkok enables you to settle the payment at a nearby branch. Then you simply need to present the original customer copy of the pay-in slip and withholding tax certificate (if any) to our counter for document exchange.

The new arrangement would improve our service quality towards you, reduce your risk of bringing large amount of cash and shorten your queuing time at our counters.

This will be effective as of August 1, 2012.
