OOCL would like to inform all customers, we will implement the Equipment Imbalance Surcharge (EIS) for all the export shipments from Thailand to Nhava Sheva while applying to all ICD shipments that transship via Nhava Sheva with details and effective as the following:
Port of Discharge : Nhava Sheva
Equipment Imbalance Surcharge (EIS)
Quantum : 75USD/TEU
Effective from 15th November, 2012 [On Board Date]
The surcharges shall apply to all the terms and conditions, regardless if the trade term of the shipment is Prepaid or Collect.
