OOCL would like to inform all customers, we will implement the surcharge of RHI - Recovery for Handling for Imports (RHI). RHI will be applied for all the export shipments from Thailand to Saudi Arabia with details and effective as the following:

Port of Discharge : Any ports, Saudi Arabia

Recovery for Handling for Imports (RHI)

Quantum :          80USD per 20GP

                                120USD per 40GP

                                120USD per 40HQ

Payment Term: Collect

Effective from 1^st  September, 2012 [On Board Date]

The surcharges shall apply to all the terms and conditions, regardless if the trade term of the shipment is Prepaid or Collect.
