We, OOCL Thailand, would like to publish the applicable container free time in Thailand by the governing tariffs with effective from November 1, 2012 (onboard date for all export B/L and import B/L) the following detail:
1) General cargo / Hazardous cargo / Awkward cargo
Thailand EXPORT and IMPORT to/from the continents and related countries:
AUT : Australia, New Zealand
IAT : Intra-Asia, Middle East, India Sub-Continent
AET : Europe, Mediterranean, Black Sea
TPT : Canada and USA [exception for Hazardous cargo inbound from Canada and USA*]
Demurrage 6 working days
Detention 6 working days
Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holidays in Thailand
2) Hazardous cargo TPT for Thailand IMPORT from Canada and USA*
Demurrage 5 working days
Detention 5 working days
3) Reefer cargo
3.1) Thailand EXPORT to all destinations
Demurrage 6 working days
Detention 6 working days
3.2) Thailand IMPORT is separately filed by the different tariff origin countries
AUT : Australia, New Zealand
Demurrage based on shipment quantity
1-5 containers free time 2 working days
6-10 containers free time 3 working days
11-15 containers free time 4 working days
16-20 containers free time 5 working days
more than 20 containers free time 6 working days
Detention 3 working days
IAT : Intra-Asia, Middle East, India Sub-Continent
