NOTICE OF NAME OF SHIPPER IN OUTBOUND CUSTOMS MANIFEST
Reference Customs Announcement no. 79/2543 dated 4th September B.E. 2543, item 3, 3.7 which required name of shipper in the manifest to be the same name as the exporter appearing in the export declaration (Bai Kam Kub). The shipping instruction (SI) must provide the full name of the actual exporters as followings :-
- For FCL (single export shipment or more than one exporters)) containers, F/F must provide the full name of the actual exporter.
- For LCL (consolidated shipments) containers, copies of F/F ‘s attached sheets (which must show full names of the respective exporters) must be submitted with ship agent.
- For SOC (tank containers, etc) shipments, the SOC operators must provide the full name of the actual exporter to shipping.
This will take effect as from 15 December 2012.
Any non-compliance or discrepancy with the exporter in the export declaration will be subject to fine THB 1,000 per B/L.
