OOCL would like to inform all customers that we will implement the Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) for all import shipments that are destinated to Manila, Philippines. Would you please find the below following details:

Ex. Thailand to Manila, Philippines
Quantum : 100USD / TEU
The PCS will collect at destination with consignee base on arrival date at destination.
