Low Sulphur Fuel Surcharges Implementation (From/To China, Taiwan and Hong Kong)

Subject: Low Sulphur Fuel Surcharges
This is to notify you that OOCL will implement new surcharges according to the cost of Low Sulphur fuel, which will be implemented in the different code name and quantum as followings:
| CLS (China Low Sulphur) | From/To all China port | RMB210/420/420 | 6 Jan 2019 | CLS will be as Prepaid term (export from China) and Collect (Import to China) term |
| LSS (Low Sulphur Fuel Surcharge) | From/To Taiwan | USD20/40/40 | 1 Jan 2019 | LSS will be as Prepaid term (export from TWN) and Collect (Import to TWN) term |
| BAF (Bunker Adjustment Factor) | From/To Hong Kong | USD25/50/50 | 6 Jan 2019 | BAF will be as Prepaid term (export from HKG) and Collect (Import to HKG) term. |
Effective base on ETD date.
The above surcharge will apply to all commercial terms and conditions. If you need
