Subject: Barge Service Additional (BSA) Surcharge
In view of complying the Port Authority of Thailand’s regulation, this is to advise that OOCL will
implement BSA – Barge Service Additional Surcharge for all inbound cargo to be applicable cost
recovery for all import containers that must move to the Coastal Terminal A before connect
barge into river ports (Chao Phraya).
Effective Period: From the dates stated below, valid until further notice and are governed by
prevailing tariffs published on www.OOCL.com unless otherwise agreed at time of shipment

This surcharge will be applied in addition to our rate offer.
