1 Definition of Key Terms
Inbound | Combined demurrage and detention
shall commence at first calendar day after Last Hub arrival for
carrier haulage only and end at the same day as container return and at first
calendar day after Last POD Discharge (except carrier haulage) and end at the
same day as container return. |
Outbound | Combined demurrage and
detention shall commence at 00:00am on the same day of empty gate out and
end at 23:59 pm on the first calendar day after Cargo Cut off. |

3 Remark
- The tariff covers all trades in Togo.
- The tariff is calculated by calendar day. (i.e.
including Saturday, Sunday & National holiday).
- The tariff does not include any storage and reefer
charges at port of inland facility, all these charges should be paid by
customer directly.
- As local practice, port related charges (i.e.,
storage charges) are directly settled by customers to the terminals. Carrier is
not involved in the calculation and collection of port storage charges.
