Outbound Combined Demurrage and Detention (DD2in1) calculation shall commence at the same day of empty release and end at the same day as first POL load.

Withdrawal of Export Shipment/Container
In the event that shipper delivers an empty or a loaded container to the carrier, but subsequently return the empty container un-used or withdraw the loaded container then return the empty prior to vessel's departure, shipper shall be subject to the origin detention charge starting from the first day the empty container is gated out from Carrier's facility until the empty container is returned to Carrier's facility and demurrage or storage charges from the first day the loaded containers is gated in Carrier's facility until gated out for unload. No free time will be granted for above cases and shipper are subject to all applicable charges as specified in this tariff and all associated out of pocket cost incurred by the Carrier, including but not limited to any applicable drayage if Carrier haulage is provided. In addition, an administration fee of $75 per booking will be assessed to all shipments.

gate-in and end at the same day as Cargo Cutoff ( ETA minus 1 day ). Unless otherwise specified, outbound quay rent at Turkey will be
assessed per local terminal tariff.
