Business partners are informed that due to reorganisation we shall be conducting our business as a UK branch office of our parent company, Orient Overseas Container Line Ltd, from the 1st June 2011. OOCL (UK) Limited will transfer all activities to the branch, conducting business under the registered name of:-

The only change customers will see is the change of invoicing party, which will be Orient Overseas Container Line Ltd – OOCL UK Branch. For remittance of sales invoices please continue to settle using the existing bank details, which are noted on the sales invoice.
If you are a credit customer, please note that the credit agreement currently in place is between yourselves and Orient Overseas Container Line Ltd, therefore this agreement will continue to be used.
Suppliers should issue all invoices to OOCL UK Branch. Please note that OOCL UK Branch will be added to our existing UK VAT group, and as such you should continue to invoice on the basis that the place of supply is the UK.
The process flow for purchase invoices remains unchanged. As our vendor, the only change you will see is the change of company name. Please continue to send invoices to existing addresses.
