We are please to announce the rollout of an Import Haulage Availability guide on our UK website.

This gives a colour-coded picture of traction availability from the various UK ports over the next 7 days, enabling you to more effectively plan your deliveries. 

• For green slots there are no restrictions. We invite you to email your delivery details to us at [email protected]. 
   
• For amber slots, availability is restricted; please telephone our import customer service team on 01473 654431 to check if we can meet your needs. We may have to offer an alternative date or time and appreciate your flexibility.
   
• For red slots we are fully booked, please consider an alternative delivery date/time.

For the 3 English ports, scope is divided into the North or South of the UK; you can check which zone your delivery location falls into by referring to the simple map at the bottom of the page. 

We hope this new tool will provide you with better transparancy of our import haulage capability and save you time when booking your container deliveries.
