U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and related cargo clearance agencies continue to operate under normal working hours with no delays in cargo operations experienced at this time. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Animal and Plant Health Inspection Services (USDA/AHPIS) are also staffed but at reduced levels which may lead to some delays in clearance of related cargoes. We will continue to provide additional information and updates if this status changes.

Customers are reminded that late booking cancellations are subject to a Booking Cancellation Fee.
This will now be GBP 250 per container in the UK, and EUR 250 per container in Ireland, where cancellation requests are received less than 5 working days before the vessel arrival at its port of load.

Due to earlier delays in ice in the St Lawrence, and current bad weather on the Atlantic, the OOCL BELGIUM (Voyage: 416-E) has been further delayed on her eastbound passage from Montreal, with her arrival in Liverpool currently estimated for the 14th of March.

Marine terminals in Long Beach and Los Angeles, California as a result have announced that import container processing available first and second shift end gate hours will be reduced by 30 minutes. The Master Contract, which governs labour agreements for port operations from Maine to Texas, expired on September 30th.
