Customers are no doubt aware that there is severe weather in most of England and Wales. This is affecting the road network, depots and port facilities.
The weather is expected to continue to be poor. Conditions are having an impact on deliveries and collections in all areas today, and are likely to have a knock-on effect in the early part of next week.
