| UCR Amendment Fee |
Applied whenever a UCR has to be changed due to a customer error. Covers the administrative cost incurred by OOCL when we provide HMRC with a completed C1601 form and ask them to update the relevant port user system |
| Vehicle Detention / Driver Waiting Time |
Applied when OOCL's driver has to wait for longer than the stipulated free period for a container to be loaded or devanned |
