OOCL receives "Carrier of the Year" Award from Michaels


Michaels Stores, Inc. held its 11th Annual Vendor Strategy Conference at the Four Seasons Resort in Las Colinas, Texas on August 27th and 28th, 2007. In conjunction with the conference, the Company announced its Vendor and Carrier Partnership of the Year Awards. OOCL was honored to be presented the "Carrier of the Year" Award at the conference.

In a letter to OOCL, Tom Decaro Executive Vice President - Supply Chain, Michaels says," OOCL won this award by consistently delivering the highest levels of service to Michaels in the movement of our International cargo."

He went on to say, " With over 10 years of dedicated service, OOCL is ranked not only by Michaels but by our other partners and supply chain stakeholders."

"Additionally, OOCL gets high marks for it's use of seamless technology and focused customer service and we look forward to many more years of working together." Mr Decaro added.
