1. Companies interested in using the EFT method of payment should contact OOCL's Treasury Department in North America  Headquarter  to determine the method which is best suited to meet customers need.

3. Detailed EFT remittance information must be provided to OOCL by the following method:

• The information may be provided electronically to our bank where the details will appear on OOCL's daily bank Report received from the bank daily.

4. Remittance information should include:

• Either the OOCL B/L number, or the OOCL Invoice number, or the CargoSmart remittance reference number.
• The amount paid for each B/L or Invoice

5. OOCL's Account Receivable Department will use HSBCNet System to confirm receipt of EFT transfers.

6. Questions concerning the EFT payment update are to be directed to Account Receivable Department Email: [email protected] . 

7. Questions concerning the EFT Payment Procedure are to be directed to the Treasury Manager.
