Customer Advisory - Canadian Prairies Intermodal Service  

Effective immediately, all OOCL cargo containers moving by rail to/from the Canadian prairie cities of Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon and Winnipeg will be serviced by the Canadian National Rail Road (CNRR).

For export shipments originating from any of the above points, in addition to submitting a rail billing request  to OOCL, a train reservation from CNRR is required.  Train reservations can be obtained on-line at www.cn.ca, and can be made up to seven (7) calendar days prior to origin rail cutoff date.  For train reservation assistance issues, CNRR can be reached at [email protected] or 1-866-851-7837.
