Customer Advisory:  New Dangerous Good (DG) Document Types now available in My OOCL Center Shipment Folder

OOCL would like to announce several new Dangerous Goods (DG) document types that can be used to better define the type of DG document being uploaded to the My OOCL Center  Shipment Folder on www.oocl.com for your OOCL DG export shipment.  The new Shipment Folder document types available in My OOCL Center are as follows:

1.        “DG Certificate for Stop Off (North America Only)”: This document type should be used for the domestic leg of a shipment that will stop off and be reworked prior to loading the vessel for international transport.
2.        “DG Certificate for International Transport”: This document type should be used for FINAL DG documents being submitted for international transport to the final destination.
3.        “DG Tank Certificate Inspection Report”:  This document type is applicable to tank shipments only. It should be used for DG tank certificates that indicate the specific tank being shipped is under current certification.
4.        “DG Tank Operation Manual”: This document type is applicable to tank shipments that are under temperature control only. The Manual should cover the operation of the tank.
