Grand Alliance will be using the Port of Tacoma: Hapag Lloyd, NYK, and OOCL, as members of the Grand Alliance (GA), have unanimously agreed to move their Pacific North West (PNW) operations to the Port of Tacoma, Washington. For additional information regarding the Port of Tacoma change, please refer to the following customer advisory link.
High Winds in Vancouver: Due high winds in Vancouver this week, the PNX Berlin Express voyage 059 E has encountered delays in beginning vessel operations in Vancouver. The estimated time of beginning vessel operations in Vancouver is March 16th at 0100 Hours.
OOCL Chassis Policy Update: Effective April 1, 2012, OOCL will no longer provide chassis for import and export shipments to/from facilities within the New York, N.Y. metropolitan area and Rochester, N.Y. South China Sea Middle East Express Service and Japan Express Service: OOCL is pleased to offer the South China Sea Middle East Express Service (SCX) and Japan Express Service (JPX), which are Grand Alliance service enhancements to succeed the current South China Sea Japan Express service. For additional information regarding the SCX and JPX services, please refer to the following customer advisory link.
